Warts or verrucas are benign small hard growths on the skin. Warts consist of a nucleus of connective tissue with blood vessels, covered with layers of epithelial tissue (skin layer). Warts can occur singly or in groups. Without further treatment, in 80% of cases, warts will disappear within a year.
There are different types of warts, developing in different shapes and sizes, on different parts of the body. Below there is a summary of the different types of warts:
Common wart
This often round, sharp edged wart forms a considerably horny cauliflower-like growth.
Plantar or foot wart
Occurs on the sole of the foot, is often considerably horny. The foot wart is the most common wart (60 to 80% of cases). If the wart is on the sole of the foot there is a risk of inward growth. The risk then is that the wart will compress the nerves, which can be extremely painful.
Flat wart
This skin-coloured wart is flat-topped, smooth and only a few millimetres in size. The flat wart mainly appears on the face and the arms.
Filiform wart
Long, stalky growth, appears mostly on the face, the lips or on the nose.
Water wart
A lump, skin-coloured or white/transparent wart, which mainly appears in groups.
Genital warts
Warts around the anus/genital organs, which can be transferred through sexual contact.
Warts are caused by a virus, the Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). There are over 70 different strains of HPV that can cause warts. Warts will appear three to six months after infection. A wart develops when a virus causes an area of skin to grow faster than the surrounding skin, which then hardens. An impaired immune system puts you at greater risk for warts.

Instructions for use

For stubborn warts (for example underneath the foot), an airtight adhesive tape can be placed over the wart after the cream has been rubbed in. Bye Wart! acts directly on the wart, because it is able to penetrate the wart and to prevent the uncontrolled cell growth. In addition, it deposits a protective film over the wart which aids recovery.
Because of its water-binding properties, urea is one of the most important natural moisture-retaining agent for the skin. Furthermore, it can soften horny skin tissue. The essential oils can then easily penetrate the skin layers. The ingredients in Bye Wart! each contribute in their own way to the removal of warts:
They control the moisture content of the skin (urea and almond oil), ease skin irritation caused by the infection (geranium oil), have a purifying and bactericidal effect and boost the circulation (tea tree oil, citrus oil, thuja oil). Furthermore, they promote the recovery of the skin and limit scar tissue formation (geranium oil). Red pepper powder stimulates the blood circulation, nourishes the skin and kills the virus.
After treatment, wash your hands and do not touch the treated area. Keep the treated area clean.
Yes, after the warts is treated with Bye Wart! and you have let the cream absorb well, the area may get wet. The protective layer on the wart is water-repellent.
Yes, you may treat multiple warts at a time. Make sure that every single wart is treated with a good film layer over it.
There are no restrictions on the frequency and duration of use of Bye Wart!. However, if after applying Bye Wart! 3 times for 6 weeks no change is seen, we recommend that you contact your doctor.
Some stubborn warts should be treated for longer. A tip here is to the wart to cover with airtight tape. Even if, externally, the wart is gone, continue the treatment for a couple more days, as the virus continues to be active under the skin.
